This recipe is from a friends grandmother from England. I have been making it for twenty years . You do need a heavy kettle for this.

Ingredients
- 4/12 cup sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pound butter
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 18 ounces chocolate chips
How To Make fudge

Step 1Place sugar and milk in a heavy kettle. Bring to a rolling boil . Boil for ten minutes. Remove from heat and add butter. Beat with a wooden spoon for two minutes.

Step 2Add chips and vanilla. Beat with a electric mixer on slow speed for 15 minutes. Add nuts and pour into a buttered pan
