  • 2 c
  • 1/4 c
    karo syrup
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 2
    unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Fudge Icing


  1. Add all the ingredients ,( EXEPT the vanilla ) in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium -low heat until melted ; Stir constantly until full boil ; boil for EXACTLY 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and beat gently until lukewarm ; Add the vanilla ; Continue beating until smooth and is a consistancy to spread.
