This recipe is from my mom's recipe files. She was a great cook, but hardly ever measured anything. Still, everything came out wonderfully.

How To Make frozen chocolate cream from mom marcon's kitchen

  • Step 1
    Mix in 2 quart pan: 1/4 lb. marshmallows (16) 3 T. water 1/4 t. salt
  • Step 2
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat. Add:

    1 pkg (6 oz) semisweet mint flavored chocolate morsels Stir until melted and mixture is smooth. Cool about 20 minutes. Fold in:

    1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped. Pour into 10 x 5" loaf pan. Freeze until firm. Serves 6 to 8
