These are so yummy, but so easy to make. delicious peanut butter frosting really makes the difference in this recipe.

Ingredients

1 - 1 lb, 2.3 oz pkg betty crocker fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup butter, room temp
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter, room temp.

How To Make easy peanut butter frosted brownies

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Make brownies as directed on box. Bake as directed on box, let cool.

Step 2

In bowl, w/ mixer on medium, beat together 1/2 cup butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
Step 3

In microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips and 1/4 cup butter on high for 30-60 seconds. Stir until smooth. Cool 10 mins. Spread chocolate mix over peanut butter frosting. refrigerate until set, about 30 mins.
