easy no-bake nutella cookies

I came up with this recipe from another traditional family recipe(that uses vanilla candy bark and peanut butter instead...also very good) One of my sister's hates peanut butter so I made this version of the recipe. The whole family ended up enjoying the nutella/chocolate version even more than the original! Hope you agree :)

chocolate bark candy coating, melted

How To Make easy no-bake nutella cookies

1Spread desired amount of Nutella on Ritz cracker and sandwich with another cracker. Place on wax paper

2Melt chocolate bark according to directions

3Dip nutella cracker sandwiches in the candy bark and place on wax paper *Optional: sprinkle with sea salt or sugar crystals for an extra crunch. Let dry and enjoy!
