This is a very good frosting and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
2 - chocolate, unsweetened squares
1/2 cup evaporated milk or cream
1/3 cup semi-sweet baking chocolate

How To Make easy fudge frosting

Step 1

Combine sugar and milk or cream ; Slowly bring to a boil , stirring constantly ; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Add cut up chocolate and pieces ; Beat until smooth and creamy.
Step 3

Frosts top of 8" or 9" square cake.
