2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla or almond extract

How To Make easy chocolate mousse

Step 1

In a mixer beat all the ingredients together until you get a whipped cream like texture. Dont over beat it.

Step 2

Serve immediately in small wine glasses decorate with strawberries, melted chocolate figures and whipped cream.
