- 2 cups chocolate chips, either milk chocolate, semi-sweet or dark chocolate
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk

Step 1Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave chocolate on high for 1-1/2 mins. Stir and microwave in intervals until melted and smooth.
