How to Make East chocolate-glazed doughnuts
- In small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa and water until smooth.
- In lg saucpan, heat 1" of oil over high heat until hot, but not smoking. Separate biscuits. Using a sharp knife, cut out a small circle in the center of each biscuit, to form doughnut shapes.
- Cook doughnuts and holes in hot oil for about 1 min per side. Drain on paper towels. While still warm, dip doughnuts and doughnut holes into glaze mix.
