I know this recipe came from Paula Deen and it is absolutely the best hot chocolate I've ever had. You have got to try this girls and guys, it will knock your socks off.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
6 1/2 cups hot water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can spray whipped cream

How To Make dreamy hot chocolate

Step 1

Mix condensed milk, cocoa, and salt. Mix well. Add 6 1/2 cups of hot water, mix well. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and mix well. Spray with canned whipped cream. Lay back and drink.
