Ingredients

  • DELIGHTFULLY MOCHA, A LIGHT, CREAMY DESSERT. SHOULD BE A SIN!!

  • 1 small
    pkg vanilla instant pudding and pie filling ( jello brand)
  • 1 C
    milk
  • 1 C
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp
    instant coffee granules ( tasters choice)
  • 2 tsp
    unsweetened cocoa ( hersheys)
  • ·
    (optional) 6 chocolate wafers or oreo cookies, or any home made sugar cookie crumbled fine.

How to Make Delightfully Mocha By Freda

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together Pudding Mix with 1 cup milk.
    Beat Well.
    Add: 1 cup Heavy cream, "Whip til very very thick", about 3-5 min.
  2. Sprinkle coffee granules, over mixture,
    FOLD in Carefully.
    Sprinkle Cocoa powder over same Mixture,
    Fold in carefully.
  3. Enjoy, with or with out the following Cookies.

    Optional:
    Crumble cookies.
    Place Crumbled coolies in bottom of Serving dish, Spoon Mixture over cookies, in layers.
    Top with Sprinkle of Cocoa Powder.
  4. TIP:
    Recipe can easily be doubled or trippled, as desired.
