My son had a frozen chocolate covered banana for the first time at the Rennaisance Fair and he became addicted. Every night he wanted me to make him one. This is the easiest way to make them and now he can have them whenever he wants. He can even make them himself since I keep the coating and sprinkles where he can reach them and there is always at least one frozen banana in the freezer

Ingredients

- magic shell ice cream topping in your favorite flavors. we used orange creamsicle and chocolate peanut butter for these shown. we have also made them with chocolate and the cupcake flavor.
- bananas
- sprinkles, chopped nuts or coconut flakes
- wooden skewers (not the long shish ka bob size)

How To Make delicious kid pleasing frozen bananas

Step 1

Insert skewers into bananas and freeze for at least an hour. (you can also cut the bananas in half first for smaller portions)

Step 2

Shake magic shell well till its completely mixed. Then open and pour into a drinking glass (a short thin glass works best to cover entire banana)
Step 3

Dip frozen banana in magic shell and coat all sides. Magic shell will begin to harden when removed. Immediately roll in sprinkles, nuts or coconut. Place on plate lined with wax paper in freezer until ready to eat
