Decadent Chocolate Mousse

2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
½ cup sweetened condensed milk, divided
cup hot fudge sauce, smuckers
tbsp orange extract
¼ tbsp almond extract
1 white chocolate baking square, melted
garnish: whipped topping, rolled hazelnut chocolate cookies


1In medium bowl, mix 1 cup cream, 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, hot fudge sauce and orange extract; beat a thigh speed with mixer until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, combine remaining 1 cu cream, remaining 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk and almond extract; beat at high speed with mixer until soft peaks form. Slowly add melted white chocolate while beating cream mixture. Beat until stiff peaks form. In martini glass, evenly layer both chocolate mousses. Top with whipped cream and cookie, if desired. Serves 4
