  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 3 oz
    chocolate, unsweetened squares
  • 3 c
    sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    strong coffee
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Dark chocolate frosting


  1. Melt chocolate over low heat.
  2. Stir soft butter into the melted chocolate.
  3. Add sifted salt and confectioners sugar alternately
    with the coffee. Beat to the desired consistency. Beat in vanilla.
