An easy chocolate fondue recipe by Sandra Lee. I suggest serving this with a variety of dippers: sliced apples, bananas, strawberries, cookies, pretzels, cubed pound cake, etc..

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 package 12 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 package 12 oz. milk chocolate morsels

How To Make dark chocolate fondue

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cream and butter. Bring mixture just to a simmer, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat.
  • Step 2
    Add semisweet and milk chocolate morsels. Stir until melted and smooth. Cool slightly.
  • Step 3
    Transfer to a fondue pot, chafing dish or ceramic bowl. Serve with a variety of dippers. Have fun!
