crispy chocolate mounds
This recipe came from Taste of Home back in 2004. This recipe is so simple that the kids can help. Very yummy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup raisins, optional
How To Make crispy chocolate mounds

Step 1In a microwave or heavy sauce pan, melt chocolate and peanut butter chips; stir until smooth.

Step 2Stir in cereal, raisins and peanuts. Drop by tablespoonful onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. (I omitted the raisins in my recipe.)

Step 3Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
