cinnamon graham cracker squares
1
roll (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookies
1 c
canned whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c
dark chocolate chips
2 tsp
shortening

How to Make Cranberry Millionaire Squares

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven 350 degrees. Spray 13"x9"-pan with cooking spray.
    Place crackers in food-storage plastic bag. Seal bag; crush with rolling pin or meat mallet. In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in crushed crackers. Press dough in bottom of pan.
  • 2In food processor or blender, place cranberry sauce. Cover; process until smooth. Spread evenly in pan.
  • 3Bake 15-20 minutes or until puffy and set. Cool completely about 30 minutes.
  • 4In small microwavable bowl, microwave shortening and chocolate chips uncovered on high 30-60 seconds, stirring frequently, until melted. Spread over cooled bars.
    Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set. For squares, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
