How to Make Cranberry Millionaire Squares
- Heat oven 350 degrees. Spray 13"x9"-pan with cooking spray.
Place crackers in food-storage plastic bag. Seal bag; crush with rolling pin or meat mallet. In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in crushed crackers. Press dough in bottom of pan.
- In food processor or blender, place cranberry sauce. Cover; process until smooth. Spread evenly in pan.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until puffy and set. Cool completely about 30 minutes.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave shortening and chocolate chips uncovered on high 30-60 seconds, stirring frequently, until melted. Spread over cooled bars.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set. For squares, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
