My son, Connor, has become quite the pastry chef. He made these and they were a huge hit. Great for a holiday dessert.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 can 14 oz-fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini (heaping 1/2 cup full)
How To Make cookie dough truffles

Step 1Beat the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla and beat. Alternating, add the flour followed by the condensed milk, beating well between. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Step 2Scoop out 1 tablespoon balls, place on parchment paper and refrigerate for about an hour until they are firm.

Step 3In the palms of your hands, roll them into balls. Dip them in melted chocolate and put them back in the refrigerator to harden.

Step 4Store them in the fridge. Makes approx 45 truffles.
