I can never get my cheeseball shaped into a ball, so I usually just spread half the Almonds into the dish that i am going to serve it in and then spoon in the cookie dough mixture. Once I have done that, I spread the other half of Almonds on top before putting it in the fridge. Also you can sub. almonds for pecans if you like.If you don't want the chunks of cookie dough you can also get the tube of cookie dough. When I want to make it that way I will use the whole tube. Works really well if you serve it with different graham cracker. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • 3/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 10 - cookie dough squares, quartered
  • - graham crackers

How To Make cookie dough cheeseball

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Step 2
    Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
