Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 - eggs
How To Make coffee brownie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F

Step 2Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan

Step 3Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and salt in a small bowl

Step 4Combine instant coffee and water in a medium saucepan. Stir until coffee is dissolved. Then add sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil.

Step 5Remove from heat . Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 6Make a well in the dry mixture. Pour the coffee/chocolate mixture into the well and mix until batter is smooth.

Step 7Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes (until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean)
