1Crush 25 cookies into a bowl. Add butter and mix well. Press cookie crumb mixture over the bottom of an 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch dish. Freeze til firm.
2Mix the marshmallows, chocolate chips and milk in a pan. Cook over low heat til blended,stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature. Beat whipping cream in mixing bowl til soft peaks form and fold into marshmallow mixture. Spoon marshmallow mixture over the prepared layer and sprinkle with 2 crushed cookies. Freeze for 15 minutes or longer. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 6 to 8
