brown sugar, firmly packed

vanilla

baking powder

pumpkin pie spices
1/2 c
walnuts, chopped

How to Make Chocolate Spice Zucchini Bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1Grease and flour (2) 8x4 inch loaf pans.
    Beat eggs well; add oil and brown sugar, mixing thoroughly. Add vanilla, zucchini, and melted chocolate and beat well.
  • 2Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices. Add to zucchini mixture by spoonfuls, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts by hand until combined.
  • 3Bake in loaf pans at 350 for 40-60 minutes. Cool in pans until loaves can be removed (10-15 min), then cool on rack.
