Ingredients For chocolate souffle

3 Tbspbutter

3 Tbspflour
-
3/4 cmilk
-
4egg yolks
-
4 tspegg whites

3/4 csugar

2squares chocolate

2 tspvanilla
How To Make chocolate souffle

1Melt butter. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Stir until thickened.

2Add chocolate. Remove from fire and beat 4 eggs yolks into mixture, blending thoroughly.

3Add sugar. Mix thoroughly. Flavor with vanilla.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fold 1/2 of the white first, rather thoroughly. Then add the rest folding very gently. Don't stir.

5Pour into a greased and lightly sugared casserole and bake at 375ºF for 25 to 35 minutes.
