chocolate pudding parfait

This is my version of that-famous-fried-chicken-place's dessert. Much more economical and oh so yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate instant pudding (5.9 oz)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounces tub cool whip
  • 1 - sleeve graham crackers (coarsely broken)
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate pudding parfait

  • Step 1
    Combine dry pudding and milk (as directed on box), mix very well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Step 2
    Add to chilled pudding: chocolate chips and graham crackers, mix well. Fold in entire tub of Cool Whip. Refrigerate again for at least an hour. Graham crackers become crunchy/soft and flavors blend.
  • Step 3
    Serve in parfait cups (or do like my daughter does and grab a spoonful everytime you open the fridge, lol)
