THis easy chocolate pudding recipe I have had around since my oldest was maybe 5 or 6 years old. You can also make this chocolate mint by either adding chocolate mint chips after you add the vanilla or by adding vanilla and 1/2 tsp peppermint extract Makes 4 (2 1/2 cup) batches of pudding

3/4 cherseys baking cocoa
How To Make chocolate pudding "gift-in-a-jar"

1Mix together and put in a qt mason jar with a tag saying:

2Chocolate Pudding 1 cup mix 2 1/4 cups milk Mix together in a saucepan over medium to med.high heat stiring constantly until it comes to a boil and boil one minute and take off heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tsp Vanilla to pudding and stir well. Now wither pour into 5 dishes (1/2 cup each) or add 1/2 cup chocolate mint chips stiring lightly and pouring into dishes Or check above for chocolate mint pudding using mint extract Makes 4 batches of pudding
