Chocolate Pudding

4 ozdark chocolate (60 percent chocolate) chopped

1 cheavy cream

3 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspinstant coffee powder

1/2 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Chocolate Pudding
- Combine chocolate, heavy cream, sugar and instant coffee in a saucepan and cook just until chocolate is melted, do not boil, take off heat and add vanilla and wisp until really mixed well. Pour into Demi cups and refrigerate about 5 or 6 hours or overnight. The secret is allowing it to stay in refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours. It is so chocolaty and creamy.
