Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    dark chocolate (60 percent chocolate) chopped
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Chocolate Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine chocolate, heavy cream, sugar and instant coffee in a saucepan and cook just until chocolate is melted, do not boil, take off heat and add vanilla and wisp until really mixed well. Pour into Demi cups and refrigerate about 5 or 6 hours or overnight. The secret is allowing it to stay in refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours. It is so chocolaty and creamy.
