Ingredients
- 4 ounces dark chocolate (60 percent chocolate) chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make chocolate pudding

Step 1Combine chocolate, heavy cream, sugar and instant coffee in a saucepan and cook just until chocolate is melted, do not boil, take off heat and add vanilla and wisp until really mixed well. Pour into Demi cups and refrigerate about 5 or 6 hours or overnight. The secret is allowing it to stay in refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours. It is so chocolaty and creamy.
