Ingredients
- 3 cups italian bread 1loaf,cubed and set overnight to allow to stale
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- SAUCE
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make chocolate pecan bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare 13x9 pan. Mix together sugar , eggs, milk, and vanilla.Pour over bread cubes and let set 10 minutes. in another bowl crumble together butte, brown sugar chocolate chips and pecans. Pour bread mixture in prepared pan and sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.

Step 2For sauce: Mix together brown sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla in saucepan over medium heat. bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour over bread pudding. serve warm or cold.
