For crust preheat oven 350f. In baking dish press chopped peanuts,flour and margarine together in bottom of pan and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let crust cool completely.
For first layer, blend cream cheese,peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cool whip until smooth and spread over crust.
For top layer, blend vanilla and chocolate pudding with milk until thick and smooth. Add pudding layer on top of first layer and top with cool whip.
Chill for an hour before serving.
*Optional* Add chocolate shavings or sprinkles to the top before serving for a special treat!
