Ingredients

  • 1 cup half and half, scalded
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 - egg
  • - "just a pinch" of salt
  • 1 tablespoon creme de menthe
  • 2 cups whipped cream

How To Make chocolate mousse

  • Step 1
    Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container; Process on high for 1 minute.
  • Step 2
    Pour into serving dishes and chill until set
  • Step 3
    Top with whipped cream.
