Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
  • CHOCOLATE FROSTING
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar

How To Make chocolate marshmallow brownies

  • Step 1
    Soften butter and blend in sugar and cocoa. Beat together and add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one. Add flour, salt and vanilla, mix well.
  • Step 2
    Spread on 10 x 15 x 1 inch greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 22-25 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from oven and spread one package of miniature marshmallows. Return to oven for 3 minutes until marshmallows are soft and puffy. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting
  • Step 4
    For the frosting, mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth. Add more powdered sugar or milk until you reach desiredd consistency and spread on top of bars.
