  • 1 c
    butter (2 sticks)
  • 2 c
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • 4
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 10 oz
    miniature marshmallows

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/4 c
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 2-3 c
    powdered sugar

How to Make Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies


  1. Soften butter and blend in sugar and cocoa. Beat together and add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one. Add flour, salt and vanilla, mix well.
  2. Spread on 10 x 15 x 1 inch greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 22-25 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and spread one package of miniature marshmallows. Return to oven for 3 minutes until marshmallows are soft and puffy. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting
  4. For the frosting, mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth. Add more powdered sugar or milk until you reach desiredd consistency and spread on top of bars.
