- 3 cups milk
- 1 - chocolate bar

Step 1FIRST LAYER: mix flour, nuts, butter together, press into a 13x9 pan bake this at 250 for 25 minutes. let cool completely before adding anything else.

Step 2SECOND LAYER: Blend cream cheese and confectionary sugar together, then mix in 1 cu cool whip. spread on top of 1st layer evenly,

Step 3THIRD LAYER: mix the two packages of pudding and mailk together until smooth and apply over 2nd layer.

Step 4FOURTH LAYER: Apple remaining cool whip and grate some chocolate shavings over it.
