1 pkgchocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
8 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted
1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature (easier to work with)
16 ozwhipped topping
2 pkgchocolate pudding (the small box, not the large box)
3 1/4 cmilk
1 jar(s)chocolate syrup
1 cchocolate chips, mini
How to Make Chocolate lasagna
- Combine crushed cookies and butter or margarine and put into a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and milk. Stir in 2 cups of whipped topping then spread over the crushed cookie layer. Put in refrigerator to cool.
- Mix 3 1/4 cups of milk with chocolate pudding and pour over cream cheese mixture. Return it to the refrigerator to keep cool for 10 minutes so pudding thickens.
- Spread another 2-3 cups of whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Return to refrigerator to set for about an hour.
