My neighbor from ALabama, asked me if I ever tried CHOCOLATE GRAVY!! "CHOCOLATE GRAVY!) says I ..thinking this s a joke! LOL Well ladies it's true. There really is .. and right up my alley!! Yes sir re bob!! MY kind of food...... I could put chocolate on almost any thing,........well almost anything! LOL !

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 teaspoons butter

Step 1Bake biscuits, of your choice. In a medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, and flour. Whisk in the milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla until melted and smooth. Spoon gravy over split cooked biscuits on your plate. ENJOY......
