This is a simple, tasty glaze for topping almost anything you'd like! I've used it on cupcakes (see my Hot Fudge Sundae cupcakes), as drizzle on a cake or a truffle.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate ganache

Step 1Pour whipping cream into saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.

Step 2Remove from heat, and gradually stir in chocolate chips until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3This makes a shiny, beautiful glaze. You can refrigerate leftovers and rewarm them. You may have to add a little whipping cream when rewarming.
