I've used it on cupcakes (see my Hot Fudge Sundae cupcakes), as drizzle on a cake or a truffle.
- 1 c
- heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c
- chocolate chips
How to Make Chocolate Ganache
- 1Pour whipping cream into saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
- 2Remove from heat, and gradually stir in chocolate chips until the mixture is smooth.
- 3This makes a shiny, beautiful glaze. You can refrigerate leftovers and rewarm them. You may have to add a little whipping cream when rewarming.
