My family makes this fudge every year at Christmas and everyone loves it.

Ingredients
- 7 1/2 ounces marshmallow fluff
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
How To Make chocolate fudge

Step 1Grease a 9” square baking pan and set aside.

Step 2In large saucepan combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended.

Step 3Increase heat to medium and bring to a rolling boil being careful not to mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling. Boil slowly stirring constantly 3.5-5 minutes to the soft ball stage.

Step 4Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips until they are melted. Stir in vanilla. Add nuts. Pour into greased pan and chill.
