In the 1970's when fondue was the rage we would have progressive fondue parties and go from house to house for the different courses. Of course the last and dessert course was a chocolate fondue. This recipe from a dear friend from Church was the finale and many of those fondue parties.

Ingredients
- 24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brandy or other liqueur
- DIPPERS
- - fresh washed strawberries, stems removed
- - angel food cake, cut into cubes
- - slice bananas dipped in water and lemon juice to prevent browning
- - apple wedges
- - marshmallows
- - use your imagination and think of what you love dipped in chocolate
How To Make chocolate fondue

Step 1Melt chocolate chips wit water in a microwave. Stir in cream and brandy, blending until smooth.

Step 2Place chocolate into a fondue pot over a warme and serve as a dip for strawberries, cake and other dippers of your choice.
