How to Make Chocolate filling
1In saucepan put first 5 ingredients...stirring constantly over medium heat, cook about 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat add vanilla and chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts completely.
2Brush top of mixture with melted butter, so as not to form a skin on top. Cool completely before using, keep refrigerated.
This recipe makes 1 and 1/2 cups filling.
