How to Make Chocolate Eclair's
- Make the chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding then use half of the container of whipped cream in each of the puddings. Layer the bottom of a 13x9 in. baking dish with graham crackers then pour the chocolate pudding mixture over the graham crackers then add another layer of graham crackers on top and add the vanilla pudding mixture then you want to add another layer of graham crackers on top of that and frost them.
- Warning: I would layer the last set of graham crackers with the frosting first then place them on top. This could be a messy dish but the outcome will be heavenly.
