How to Make Chocolate Eclair Squares
- 1Beat pudding mixes and milk for two minutes. Stir in whipped topping.
- 2Arrange 16 wafers in bottom of 8" square dish; cover with 1/3 of pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining wafers. Refrigerate four hours.
- 3Microwave chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH for one minute or until melted when stirred. Drizzle over dessert (may have to add a little water to make it drizzling consistency).
