I have two diffrent recipes of this dessert and this is the one that I get the most compliments on, people always ask for the recipe whenever I bring it to a function.

Ingredients
- - 1 box graham crackers
- - 2 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding
- - 3 1/2 cups milk
- - 1 8-oz cool whip
- - chocolate frosting ing.
- - 6t. cocoa
- - 2tsp. oil
- - 2tsp. corn syrup
- - 2tsp. vanilla
- - 3t. butter
- - 1 1/2 cups confectionary sugar
- - 3t. milk
How To Make chocolate eclair dessert

Step 1Layer graham crackers on bottom of a 13 x 9 in. pan.

Step 2mix pudding and milk blend in cool whip.

Step 3Top crackers with half of pudding mixture.

Step 4Repeat layers of graham crackers and remaining pudding. Top with layer of crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Step 5For frosting: mix all frosting ing. together and spread on top of crackers. Refrigerate and hope you enjoy it like we do :)
