chocolate eclair dessert

I have two diffrent recipes of this dessert and this is the one that I get the most compliments on, people always ask for the recipe whenever I bring it to a function.

Ingredients

  • - 1 box graham crackers
  • - 2 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding
  • - 3 1/2 cups milk
  • - 1 8-oz cool whip
  • - chocolate frosting ing.
  • - 6t. cocoa
  • - 2tsp. oil
  • - 2tsp. corn syrup
  • - 2tsp. vanilla
  • - 3t. butter
  • - 1 1/2 cups confectionary sugar
  • - 3t. milk

How To Make chocolate eclair dessert

  • Step 1
    Layer graham crackers on bottom of a 13 x 9 in. pan.
  • Step 2
    mix pudding and milk blend in cool whip.
  • Step 3
    Top crackers with half of pudding mixture.
  • Step 4
    Repeat layers of graham crackers and remaining pudding. Top with layer of crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Step 5
    For frosting: mix all frosting ing. together and spread on top of crackers. Refrigerate and hope you enjoy it like we do :)
