Ingredients

  • 2 boxes french vanila instant pudding mix
  • 8 ounces tub cool whip
  • 3 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 box honey graham crackers
  • 1 can chocolate frosting

How To Make chocolate eclair dessert

  • Step 1
    Combine pudding mix, cool whip, and milk together; beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Layer the bottom of a 9X13 pan with one layer of graham crackers. Layer pudding, crackers, pudding, and crackers again.
  • Step 3
    Completely melt frosting in the microwave and pour over final layer of crackers. Chill until set.
