Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Linda Griffith

This is one of my family's favorite desserts. It's so light and delicious, friends will think that you worked all day on it. You can use your imagination and use different varieties by using chocolate pudding and topping with vanilla frosting, or use banana cream pudding and use cream cheese icing. There is never any of this left over when you take it somewhere. And it's easy...Enjoy
