Ingredients
- 2 - small boxes of vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- - small container of coolwhip
- 1 - whole box of graham crackers
- ICING
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
How To Make chocolate eclair cake

Step 1Line buttered 9x13inch dish with graham crackers

Step 2Prepare the pudding using the 3 cups of milk,when thick, fold in the whipped topping.

Step 3pour some of the pudding on top of the graham crackers, then another layer of crackers, then pudding, and so on ending with graham crackers on top
-
Step 4Mix ingredients together for the icing, Spread it over the top of the crackers. Refrigerate. This cake is better if made a day or so in advance.
