Ingredients
- 2 packages instant french vanilla pudding (large boxes)
- 3 cups milk
- - graham crackers
- 1 - 8 ounce container of coolwhip
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla watkins
How To Make chocolate eclair

Step 1Mix together 2 pkgs vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk. Fold in 1 eight oz container of coolwhip. Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers. Continue to alternate layers of pudding mixture with layers of graham crackers ending with graham crackers on top.

Step 2Topping: Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup milk, 1 stick oleo and 1 tsp vanilla. Boil no longer than 1 minute. Cool slightly. Pour over top of the graham cracker layer and regrigerate at least one hour.
