this is the easy way to make this great dessert without having to chop pecans!

Ingredients

  • 1 box pecan sandies
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 - containers of cool whip
  • 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 3/4 cups milk

How To Make chocolate delite

  • Step 1
    crush pecan sandies finely, mix with melted stick of butter, press firmly in bottom on sheet cake pan (9x13) and bake @ 350 degrees until golden brown..remove and cool - layer 1
  • Step 2
    combine powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 container of cool whip...spread over crust - layer 2
  • Step 3
    make the instant pudding - combine milk and pudding mix as suggested on box...then spread over layer 2 - layer 3
  • Step 4
    spread the other container of cool whip on top. you can fancy it up by sprinkling cocoa on top or chocolate bar shavings if desired - layer 4...put in fridge to set then enjoy
