This is my favorite summertime dessert, I use it for my own birthday. :-)

Ingredients

  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups cool whip (2 reg. containers) 1 for the topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 sm boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

How To Make chocolate delight

  • Step 1
    Combine the first 4 ingrediants and press into a 9-13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 min. let cool.
  • Step 2
    Beat together 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 2 cups cool whip & 1 cup of powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust.
  • Step 3
    Beat 2 small boxes of chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk until thick. Spread on top of cream cheese layer.
  • Step 4
    Top with remainder of cool whip and chopped pecans. Refridgerate.
