Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter ( only butter )
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons baking cocoa ( i use nestles)
- 4 - eggs
- 2 packages 8.oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 3 cups coarsely chopped fresh strawberries
How To Make chocolate cream puffs

Step 1In a heavy saucepan over medium heat bring water,butter and salt to a boil. Add the flour and cocoa all at once; stir until a smooth ball forms.

Step 2Remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat until smooth and shiny.

Step 3Drop by tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto greaserd baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks. Immediately split puffs open; remove and dicard soft dough from inside. Cool completely.

Step 4In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream (whipped already) and strawberries. Fill bottom halves of puffs; replace tops. Serve immediately.
