bag popcorn, popped (i prefer jolly time)
squares almond bark (any color)
sprinkle decorations, if desired
How to Make Chocolate Covered Popcorn
1Pop the bag of popcorn; spread onto parchment paper. Remove all un-popped kernels (careful, they are hot!)
Let popcorn cool.
2Melt almond bark according to package directions in the microwave or on a double boiler.
Using a spoon drizzle over cooked popcorn; use decorative sprinkles, if desired, before the almond bark has hardened.
Let it stand for 15-20 minutes until the bark has hardened. Once hard, carefully use your fingers to "toss" the popcorn gently.
Repeat the coating process again.
Makes awesome goodie and gift bags!
