Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate (chips, slivers, chunks, etc)
- 1 teaspoon apricot preserves
- 1 teaspoon apricot brandy
How To Make chocolate covered apricot coffee creamer

Step 1Place all the ingredients in a saucepan except the apricot brandy.

Step 2Cook on low-medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Do not allow to boil.

Step 3Then put heat to low and add apricot brandy.

Step 4Cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 5Strain into a ceramic creamer. Serve immediately in hot coffee. Or refrigerate and add to either iced or hot coffee.
