How to Make Chocolate Covered Apricot Coffee Creamer
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan except the apricot brandy.
- Cook on low-medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Do not allow to boil.
- Then put heat to low and add apricot brandy.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Strain into a ceramic creamer. Serve immediately in hot coffee. Or refrigerate and add to either iced or hot coffee.
