Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate (chips, slivers, chunks, etc)
  • 1 teaspoon apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon apricot brandy

How To Make chocolate covered apricot coffee creamer

  • Step 1
    Place all the ingredients in a saucepan except the apricot brandy.
  • Step 2
    Cook on low-medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Do not allow to boil.
  • Step 3
    Then put heat to low and add apricot brandy.
  • Step 4
    Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Strain into a ceramic creamer. Serve immediately in hot coffee. Or refrigerate and add to either iced or hot coffee.
