Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 3/4 c
    dark chocolate (chips, slivers, chunks, etc)
  • 1 tsp
    apricot preserves
  • 1 tsp
    apricot brandy

How to Make Chocolate Covered Apricot Coffee Creamer

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan except the apricot brandy.
  2. Cook on low-medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Do not allow to boil.
  3. Then put heat to low and add apricot brandy.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Strain into a ceramic creamer. Serve immediately in hot coffee. Or refrigerate and add to either iced or hot coffee.
