Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 3/4 cups hot tap water
  • 1 can chopped pecans (optional)

How To Make chocolate cobbler

  • Step 1
    MIX TOGETHER FLOUR,SUGAR AND COCOA. ADD MILK,VANILLA,OIL AND NUTS. POUR INTO A GREASED 8X8 INCH PAN. MIX BROWN SUGAR AND 1/4 CUP COCOA TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE OVER BATTER.. DO NOT MIX. POUR, VERY VERY SLOWLY, HOT TAP WATER OVER DRY MIXTURE AND BATTER.. DO NOT MIX. BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 35 TO 45 MINUTES.. I COOKED MINE FOR 45 MINUTES.

    CAN TOP EACH INDIVIDUAL SERVING WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM WHILE STILL WARM... OM GOODNESS. HEAVEN
